Applications
- Online application submissions received and shortlisted
- Thorough reference qualifications are undertaken for employment, rental history etc
- National tenant database verification checks completed
- Recommendations made to Landlord regarding suitable applicants
- Approval of successful tenant confirmed
Open Homes
- Private showings conducted on weekdays and weekends
- Online tenant enquiries received and promptly responded to
- Landlord to be kept informed of attendee numbers and any feedback
Approval
- Once deposit is paid, property is withdrawn from the market and removed from property portals
- Dates are confirmed for lease signing and the landlord is notified
- Lease and other documentation is prepared as per legislation
- Entry condition report is completed including photos of the property
- Confirmation of bond lodgement and payment
- Lease agreement executed by all parties
