• National tenant database verification checks completed
• Recommendations made to Landlord regarding suitable applicants
• Approval of successful tenant confirmed

Open Homes

• Private showings conducted on weekdays and weekends
• Online tenant enquiries received and promptly responded to
• Landlord to be kept informed of attendee numbers and any feedback

Approval

• Once deposit is paid, property is withdrawn from the market and removed from property portals
• Dates are confirmed for lease signing and the landlord is notified
• Lease and other documentation is prepared as per legislation
