Ryan Mitchell
It's rare to see a real estate agency with a Director under the age of 35. What's even rarer is for that Director to also be a Property Manager.
Meet Ryan Mitchell, breaker of real estate conventions and Raine & Horne Kurri Kurri's necently instated Co-Director alongside Carolyn Wallis-Tomlins.
Having worked previously with Carolyn previously in the real estate industry, it was only a natural progression for him to invest in this dynamic team and literally put his money where his mouth is.
With over 10 years experience in Residential Property Management — 5 of those years within Business Development — it's safe to say that Ryan is a fully fledged professional when it comes to managing your property.
Ryan's knack for knowing complex legislation off by heart, his dedication to ensuring landlords properties are looked after like his own, and his down-to-earth nature make him a firm favourite in the Kurri area.
Adding further to his credentials, Ryan was named the Winner of Property Manager of the Year at the 2020 AREA Excellence Awards. Hosted by Realestate.com.au, the national awards aim to recognise the achievements of real estate agencies and professionals.
Ryan's efforts in growing our portfolio during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic greatly impressed the judges along with his determination in carving his own career path in becoming a Co-director of our agency.
Ryan achieves the perfect balance required of a property manager — polite and friendly, yet firm and assertive when required. A self-confessed OCD (don't ever mess with his filing system!), Ryan applies strict personal standards to every aspect of his role, refusing to settle for second best.
Based in Weston with his young family, Ryan is a serious power walker in his spare time (don't even try to keep up with him!) and is secretly obsessed with prison documentaries.
