Co-founder and Director of Raine & Horne Kingsford/Kensington, Andrew Yong has a wealth of experience and industry knowledge with more than 30 years in real estate. Andrew is a highly respected, dedicated and sought after advisor to his clients, with a well-deserved reputation for having an in-depth understanding of different people and cultures within our community.  Along with English, Andrew speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay, Hakka and Indonesian.

Beginning his property journey in Malaysia, Andrew migrated to Australia in 1991 joining a boutique real estate agency in the Eastern Suburbs. Developing a thorough understanding of the industry in valuing, sales, property management and marketing Andrew established his own business, John Andrew Real Estate Pty Ltd, in 2007.

With a high attention to detail, Andrew’s friendly and professional approach is much appreciated by vendors, tenants and owners, translating into longer tenancies and more consistent income for owners.
