Striking yellow and black colours identify new Commercial brand

Leading commercial property brand Raine & Horne Commercial has today announced a national rebrand, which will include an overhaul of all media including digital platforms, marketing, advertising and office signage.

“Raine & Horne Commercial has been a vital cog in Australia’s competitive commercial property markets since its launch in 1984, and we are embarking on an exciting chapter in the evolution of the brand,” says Angus Raine, CEO, Raine & Horne Commercial.

An award-winning player in commercial, industrial and retail property markets, Raine & Horne Commercial boasts 35 offices across Australia’s capital cities, along with many strategic regional centres.

Raine & Horne Commercial reaches out internationally by way of its strong network of global offices and affiliates in Asia and Europe.

“Property is all about geography and location – Raine & Horne Commercial agents don’t just limit themselves to CBD markets, they also operate ‘on the ground’ in some of Australia’s fastest growing suburban and regional hubs,” says Mr Raine.

“As such, we know the dynamics of the local markets intimately, operating at street level to answer our clients’ individual needs.”

According to Kit Bashford, Raine & Horne’s National Marketing & Communications Manager, the Raine & Horne Commercial brand has been designed to deliver a clearly-positioned communication platform in an extremely competitive industry.

“The aim in creative development has been to give Raine & Horne Commercial a flexible, sophisticated and contemporary identity,” says Ms Bashford.

“The brand is clearly identifiable as being part of the Raine & Horne brand family, however, Raine & Horne Commercial also carries its own unique characteristics, which ensure it is highly distinguishable in its own right.

“The Commercial brand presents with a unique curve, and a striking contrast of yellow and black, rather than the gold and charcoal of the residential brand,” she notes.

The decision to revamp the brand also acknowledges the growing industry recognition of Raine & Horne Commercial, says Mr Raine.

“We have some of the most successful teams in commercial real estate, including Raine & Horne Commercial Canberra, the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s (REIA) 2012 National Commercial Agency of the Year and a finalist in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013,” he noted.

Other recent winners include Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane Southside, the winner of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s Commercial Agency of the Year in 2012, while Raine & Horne Corporate Business Sales SA is the reigning REIA National Business Broker of the Year.
