Carla began her real estate career in the South African retail leasing industry in 2009. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and has gained extensive real-life experience in customer service, sales, and marketing.

Carla previously worked with a local Kiama holiday rental company, specialising in short-term rentals around Kiama and the South Coast, before joining Raine & Horne Kiama to assist with the management of the holiday rental portfolio.

With a passion for delivering the best service and experience to her clients, Carla approaches her daily tasks with positivity and proactivity. She is a grounded professional who navigates interactions with a blend of maturity and compassion, consistently demonstrating emotional intelligence and understanding in her dealings with others.

Recently, Carla relocated to Kiama with her husband and two children to embrace the beautiful, scenic coastal lifestyle that Kiama offers.
