David Neuhaus

David is an experienced real estate agent with deep roots within the Hunters Hill community. Having moved here with his family in 1987 and undertaken the majority of his education at local schools and competing in local sporting teams. 

With a background in High Performance coaching which saw him working abroad in South Africa and New Zealand for a number of years. 

David’s previous career based on exacting standards, performance driven outcomes and an enthusiastic dedication are applied to the real estate sector and in helping clients achieve their property goals. 

Pairing up with the team at Raine & Horne, Hunters Hill was a logical move as their values share so much in common.

Having worked for leading agents and agencies across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches markets, David has returned to the Hunters Hill, Woolwich, Gladesville and surrounding markets to apply his learnings to the geographical areas which he is most passionate and knowledgeable about. 

He has an established reputation as a confident straight shooter and a compassionate and concise communicator who works tirelessly to exceed clients expectations.
