This is the second property that Raine and Horne have sold for us, both at a much higher price than we expected. A similar house next door built by the same builder, is currently on the market with another agent for $46,000 less than we got for ours and it is still not sold. It just goes to show, with the right marketing and a professional approach you can achieve a higher price.
