Jo Richards

A brilliant office all-rounder Alana excels with the diversity of her role.  An excellent communicator and multi-tasker with a flair for marketing and social media management.  Whilst maintaining her receptionist duties Alana provides sales and marketing support with professionalism and accuracy.

Alana has a natural ability to put people at ease when handling enquiries whilst delivering first class service. Always approachable, Alana is known for her strong organisational skills and her ability to build a great rapport. A real team player Alana strives for excellence and ensures effective time management is achieved.

Born and raised in Helensburgh, Alana grew up at the beach and has been a lifelong member of Helensburgh Stanwell Park SLSC where she patrolled the beach and was successful at World, Australian and State championships. A top class soccer player she still plays on weekends.
