Kristian Bingham

After completing a Bachelor of Business (graduating with a Marketing and Business Management Double Major) at university, I spent my early twenties working around the world in various marketing, tourism, sales and customer service roles. Having somewhat quenched my thirst for travelling, I returned home to Australia and naturally went into real estate, a career I always wanted to pursue. The experience of travelling the world taught me invaluable lessons and 

I started in Real Estate by learning the industry from the ground up, working as a cadet at Raine & Horne Mosman alongside some of Sydney's top agents who were and still are incredible mentors. When my wife Katie and I made the decision to join her parents, Geoff and Sue Tilden, in their family business at Raine & Horne Gosford, it didn't take long for us to fall in love with the Central Coast and the amazing lifestyle this beautiful place offers.

Partnering with Geoff and Sue has allowed us to expand the business, strategically opening two more offices at Raine & Horne East Gosford and Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast.

As a leader in our business, my passion is coaching and mentoring my team, growing them personally and professionally to help them reach their full potential. I do this by instilling in them my core values of honesty, integrity and adhering to ethical business practices.

Throughout my real estate journey, I have mastered the art of selling all types of property. I have bought and sold myself and know first hand what the client needs to make the process smooth and stress free.

I am a licenced auctioneer, having called many successful auctions and I have also provided my auctioneer services to local charities such as the Ronald McDonald House Family Room at Gosford Hospital and local club fundraisers. 

I hold a stock and station agent licence which allows me to offer my services to more specialised properties including large farms and acreages over 50 acres or 20 hectares in size.

In my opinion, being a great agent is about actively listening to my clients and devising a strategy to help them achieve their property goals, in a timely and highly profitable manner.

I love the feeling of helping families buy their dream home, or helping a first home buyer enter the market.

Being a part of someone's property journey is a privilege and my aim is to make their experience a positive and enjoyable one.

I am proud to have hundreds of happy clients and am honoured to now find myself working with many repeat customers who have now become friends.

When I’m not busy at work, you will find me at the Gosford Sailing Club, competing in twilight yacht races on a Wednesday evening. The Gosford Sailing Club is one of the gems of the Central Coast and Raine & Horne Gosford / East Gosford is proud to be a sponsor of such an inclusive and successful club.
