Raine & Horne to prop vendors, buyers, and agents with digital offer management alliance

Underlining its position as a proptech trailblazer, Superbrand Raine & Horne has announced a significant partnership with digital offer management leader Propps (propps.com).  

 Propps, which allows agents to receive offers on properties from private treaty campaigns through to auctions directly from buyers all on one platform, is the latest in a succession of proptech partnerships that Raine & Horne has forged in recent years. This includes an alliance with European automated social media marketing specialists CCT Marketing that developed Raine & Horne’s first-to-market digital marketing platform Amplify. 

 Mr Andrew Brien, CEO, Raine & Horne, said, “We have a passionate technology focus demonstrated by a string of market-leading proptech innovations such as Amplify and Digikit.

 “We have been carefully investigating how to add value to the network through the offer management and digital auction space for some time.

According to Mr Brien, agents often receive offers verbally in person or by phone via email or SMS. Some offers are even written on the contract. Moreover, some offers are binding, and some aren’t. 

“By allowing us to add Propp’s ingenious “Make an Offer” button to the property listings on our website, it is easier for buyers to prepare and submit a non-binding or legally binding offer that is delivered to the agent in a consistent format, by email,” he said. 

“For our agents, managing offers through the “Make an Offer” platform helps them better manage the offer process and standardise it, enabling them to have clear conversations with their vendors about the offers, especially in a strong market like we are experiencing right now.”

 Significantly the partnership encompasses the entire Australian Raine & Horne network. Propps Founder and CEO Daniel Bignold welcomed the new partnership with Raine & Horne.
