- Sale ace helps Raine & Horne St Marys retain long-term grip on major national award
Sydney, NSW (13 August 2021) Leading southwestern Sydney real estate firm Raine & Horne St Marys has maintained its vice-like grip on one of the most competitive sales categories announced last night at the 2021 Raine & Horne National Awards.
Presented virtually by co-host of Seven Network’s ‘The Morning Show’, Kylie Gillies, the awards attracted more than 100 offices who witnessed emerging sales talent, Jack Turner from Raine & Horne St Marys grabbed the hotly contested Top Salesperson Number of Sales category.
The young gun St Marys agent finished just ahead of South Australian sales aces Nick Grosvenor from the Superbrand’s Strathalbyn office and Michael Cox from Raine & Horne Murraylands.
More first-time and long-time winners
Another first-time category winner Frank Barker from Raine & Horne Southern Highlands won the National Salesperson Number of Sales category. Mr Barker finished just ahead of star Sydney agents Rebecca Mitchell, of Raine & Horne Lane Cove and Hannan Bouskila, from the Eastern Suburbs powerhouse Raine & Horne Double Bay/ Bondi Beach.
Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach, led by one of Australia’s superstar real estate agents Ric Serrao and long-term business partner Martin Maskin was swimming in gold after an award-winning night.
The mega office won a treble of major award categories, Top National Office Auction Listing, Top National Office Number of Sales and Top National Office Dollar Value. Raine & Horne Lane Cove led by Managing Director Stuart Bourne grabbed a commendable second in the Auction Listing category.
In a repeat of last year’s win, Mr Serrao finished first past the post in the Top National Principal Dollar Value category, nudging out Ben Pryde, a Co-Principal of Raine & Horne Mollymook/Milton. Mr Pryde turned the tables on the Eastern Suburbs ace in the Top National Principal Number of Sales category.
Raine & Horne Executive Chairman Angus Raine congratulated the winners – and all entrants – for their dedication to delivering the highest service to their clients and supporting the Raine & Horne brand in a very challenging year.

Mr Pryde and his business partners Tony Hopper and Louise Monte from Raine & Horne Mollymook/Milton won the Top Coastal Office Dollar Value for 2021, as well as finishing a very commendable second in the Top National Offices – Number of Sales and Top National Offices – Dollar Value categories behind Sydney juggernaut Raine & Horne Double Bay.
Other major winners include Raine & Horne Southern Highlands, which landed the Top Rural Office (Broadacres) Dollar Value award. Matthew Anstee leads Raine & Horne Southern Highlands, which has offices in Bowral, Mittagong, and Moss Vale.
Raine & Horne Bathurst won the Top Country Office (Dollar Value) category repeating its 2020 success. The office led by Matt Clifton, Michelle Mackay and Grant Maskill-Dowton based in the NSW Central Tablelands also finished first in the National Outstanding Property Management Office category and third in the Top National Offices – Number of Sales category. Mr Maskill-Dowton also scored Top 5 finishes in the Top Principal (Number of Sales) and Top Principal (Dollar Value).
