Led by experienced real estate expert Matt Rogers, Raine & Horne Budgewoi aims to provide exceptional service, foster positive relationships, and contribute to the local community.
Angus Raine, the Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne, Horne is delighted that Mr Rogers and his co-principal and wife, Kerry Rogers, have decided to expand into a second office with the 140-year-old, family-owned and operated business.
“Matt has been with our firm as a sales agent and principal for over a decade. He has demonstrated his expertise in the real estate industry and consistently delivered outstanding results.
“With 23 years of experience in property sales and a diverse client base, Matt is known for his expertise and passion for helping clients achieve their goals. He believes that clear communication and transparency are essential for a successful real estate experience,” Mr Raine said.
Extending the reach and embracing technology
Commenting on the launch of Raine & Horne Budgewoi, Mr Rogers said, "The Budgewoi location will allow us to fully integrate ourselves with the Budgewoi/Buff Point community and extend our reach to a much larger target market.
“Being a Budgewoi boy myself since the age of 8 when dad was transferred here in his job with the NSW Police Force, this is something of a homecoming for me, and I am excited to serve the community that has given me so much."
Mr Rogers's decision to establish a second office under the Raine & Horne banner was driven by exceptional support from the group since day one, including the valuable assistance of National Head of Growth & Network Manager, Raine & Horne Group Tina Ashton, “Nothing is ever a problem, and she is always available to help.”
The dual Raine & Horne principal is also a major advocate for the global real estate group's dedication to embracing technology, such as the groundbreaking social media platform Amplify, which he sees as crucial in the next decade.
Mr Rogers expressed his enthusiasm for Amplify, stating, "Amplify's ability to target the right buyers with the right properties is truly exceptional.
“With exclusive rights to this technology in Australia, we have positioned ourselves at the forefront of the industry.”
The benefits of business expansion
The new office in Budgewoi will enhance the services and offerings provided by Raine & Horne Toukley by providing a broader reach for clients and fostering deeper integration with the local Budgewoi/Buff Point community.
“Having a local presence in Budgewoi brings several advantages to our clients and the community,” Mr Rogers commented.
“It ensures a more personalised and convenient experience for clients, allowing them to receive timely assistance and guidance throughout their real estate journey.”
Moreover, Raine & Horne Budgewoi is committed to supporting the local community and fostering positive relationships with clients. The office sponsors the Toukley Gunners Soccer Club and the Budgewoi Bulldogs Junior Rugby League Club, actively participates in local events, and supports other businesses through their social media channels.
Reflecting on the success of Raine & Horne Toukley, Mr Rogers shares, "In four years, we have grown from a husband and wife team to nearly 600 managements and 12 staff.
“This growth is a testament to our dedication to exceptional service and outstanding results."
Looking ahead, Mr Rogers aims to provide the best property management service in the industry.
“We prioritise growth without compromising service quality and plan to employ enough quality staff to manage their portfolio effectively. I have seen this lacking in agencies I have worked in over the years.”
As the Central Coast real estate market heads into spring, Mr Rogers anticipates improving listing numbers.
“We’ve seen demand for appraisals significantly over the past month, so the outlook for the local real estate market appears promising as we get closer to the traditional spring selling season.”
