- No holiday season for rapidly expanding Raine & Horne
Key points
- Raine & Horne launches new office led by young gun sales agent Ms Farha Diba.
- Ms Diba cut her teeth in sales with multinational digital communications technology giant Cisco.
- The real estate markets in Ingleburn and Glenfield are healthy, while the region’s significance as a growth hub will underpin long-term annualised capital growth of 5-10%.
Ingleburn NSW (1 December 2022) With plenty of businesses winding down into Christmas, leading Australian property group Raine & Horne is ramping up its commercial activities with the launch of another office in Ingleburn, in the rapidly expanding Greater Macarthur region in Sydney’s southwest.
Raine & Horne Ingleburn will be led by one of Macarthur’s leading real estate agents, Ms Farha Diba. Ms Diba started her sales career in 2019 after a successful stint as a business support manager with Cisco, the multinational digital communications technology business.
Mr Angus Raine, Executive Chairman Raine & Horne, is delighted Ms Diba will maintain the super brand’s traditions of excellence and quality customer care in Ingleburn.
“Farha’s attention to detail is unparalleled. Her approach to every real estate transaction involves always listening to the vendor or buyer so that she understands their needs and wants, and she never assumes to know what is correct for them.
“I’m also delighted that Farha has decided to take on an office with us. I look forward to working with her to deliver Raine & Horne’s industry-first suite of real estate services to Ingleburn and Glenfield communities.”
Ms Diba agrees that Raine & Horne’s suite of industry-firsts, such as the social marketing platform Amplify and the first-to-market online appraisal platform Digikit.
“I use Digikit daily and believe it is a product that sets us apart from our competitors.”
Building a business
Ms Diba said she’s excited about launching Raine & Horne Ingleburn.
“There is so much you can do as an SME owner. As a Raine & Horne Principal, I can do so much more towards building a successful business.
“Business ownership is hard work, and you don’t always get immediate satisfaction. But I wouldn’t swap this opportunity for anything.”
Looking ahead to the New Year
Ms Diba said there is no doubt that the interest rate increases have impacted her trade area.
“However, those people who still need to transact due to a change of job, an expanding family or a decision to downsize are still turning up to open homes.”
On the investment front, the NSW Government’s decision to name Greater Macarthur as a growth area will significantly impact the region’s economy, infrastructure, and employment growth.
“A strong economy, jobs growth and a significant commitment to new infrastructure improvements will support community growth and real estate values.”
To illustrate, the NSW Government recently announced that a new east-west transport link was identified for the Greater Macarthur area. This link would connect Appin Road, Gilead, with Menangle Road at Menangle Park.
“Throw in the fact that suburbs such as Ingleburn still offer excellent affordability with three-bedroom houses available from $860,000, and long-term annualised growth of 5-10% is possible,” Ms Diba concluded.
