The two bedroom property only 150m to the water's edge is a single level home, beautifully renovated and situated in a tight community setting 'Abbotsford Gardens'.

The young vendors looking for more space for their family and their beloved dog T-Bone were over the moon with the result.  The auction, scheduled late in the day at 4.15pm, had them nervous all day but the hammer fell after spirited bidding at $1,180,000. $90,000 more than a house with an identical floorplan also within 'Abbotsford Gardens' only six weeks earlier. The purchaser has close friends in the neighbourhood and was equally thrilled with the result.

Agent Sam Varrica said 'Open home numbers have picked up over the past 4 weeks and we had a number of contracts out on this home. It's been a good start to spring'. 

Other results on the day included 2 Duchess Avenue, Rodd Point also selling at auction for $2,120,000.
