Vanessa Borraccino

Vanessa has been in the industry for 10 years and has lived in the North-Western suburbs all her life.  As a mum of two young adult children and an investment owner herself, communication and time management is her forte.  All properties that are managed by Vanessa will be treated like her own.  Her dedication to build the relationship with both owner and renter is important to her.  You may receive an email from her on her day off or late of evening, which shows she wants it all to go smooth.

She loves to spend time away with the family and  baking.  Not only does she ensure her clients are happy, she wants to ensure her family are happy and will bend backwards for their happiness. 

Vanessa has a calming and energetic nature in the office and on the road.  The key is to ensure her clients and colleagues are happy.  She is always willing to lend a hand or piece of advice if needed to both owners and renters.  Every day is a learning day and only makes her a more knowledgeable property manager.
