Mark Bouris and Sydney Swans take a full forward position for Raine & Horne's flagship conference

February 2, 2025

Raine & Horne is excited to announce its flagship kickstart conference, Thrive 25, set to take place on 4 February 2025 at the state-of-the-art Sydney Swans headquarters in iconic Moore Park, Sydney.

This highly anticipated one-day real estate conference will bring together over 300 of the top-performing principals, sales agents, property managers, and administration staff from Raine & Horne's global network, which spans Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Malaysia, and Dubai.

Thrive 25 will feature a star-studded lineup of keynote speakers, including highly regarded and leading entrepreneur Mark Bouris, Executive Chairman of Yellow Brick Road and Director of Sydney Roosters Football Club, alongside Niik Stewart, Australia's preeminent sales mindset coach and motivational speaker.

Adding to the event's esteem, Sydney Swans CEO Tom Harley and COO Drew Arthurson will offer a unique opportunity to learn from one of the AFL's most successful clubs, including leadership strategies and lessons from their journey to the top.

Raine & Horne Executive Chairman Angus Raine will also be a guest speaker alongside the super brand's new CEO, Chris Nicholl.

"We're thrilled to have such an outstanding group of speakers and leaders involved in our yearly kickstart conference, Thrive 25," said Mr Raine.

"The event will help inspire and motivate our network as we look ahead to a year of growth, with an exciting outlook for the international markets where we operate.

"Our success, particularly in expanding into New Zealand and launching new offices in over 70 locations in 2024, reflects the strength of the Raine & Horne brand and our focus on innovation, technology, and training."

Thrive 25 is geared toward maximising individual performance potential, and will include presentations by Emma Murray, Sydney Swans Club Psychologist, and insights in the field of behavioural economics delivered by NAB’s Head of Economics Dean Pearson.

Raine & Horne staff whether principals, in sales or property management or administration will have the chance to join informative sessions. These sessions will range from recruitment to residential and commercial property management and leasing strategies and insights, to the latest sales and auction tactics for success.

“All our staff will have the opportunity to participate in informative sessions covering a range of topics,” noted Mr Raine.

By attending this exclusive event, Raine & Horne employees will also have the chance to enter a wild card draw to win a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Uluru valued at $10,000.

The all-expenses-paid trip includes everything needed for an unforgettable experience, such as round-trip airfare, luxury accommodation, guided tours, and a variety of unique experiences that showcase the beauty and culture of Australia’s iconic landmark.

“This event is a fantastic way to engage and motivate staff and strengthen the bonds within our network,” added Mr Raine.

The trip to Uluru promises to be a remarkable journey, allowing winners to explore the stunning landscapes and rich heritage of the region. Participants can look forward to guided tours that delve into the history and significance of Uluru, as well as opportunities to experience the breathtaking natural beauty that surrounds this UNESCO World Heritage site.
