Craig Sewell is the Director of Raine & Horne Randwick | Coogee | Clovelly, a leading real estate agency in Sydney’s prestigious Eastern Suburbs. Specialising in property sales ranging from $600,000 to over $20 million and a property management portfolio of over 1800 properties, Craig has built a stellar reputation in the industry.
Unlike many in the real estate world, Craig began his career at the ground level as a leasing agent, and has built his career over 30 years, refining his expertise across a diverse range of real estate sectors.
Although Craig is based in Sydney’s vibrant Eastern Suburbs—famous for its beachfront, cliff-top, and harbourfront properties—he grew up in Harden in the rural South West of NSW. His deep connection to regional areas remains strong, as he is a registered stock and station agent with a portfolio that includes rural shopping centres and commercial properties in regional locations.
Throughout his career, Craig has achieved nearly $2.15 billion in sales, handling everything from residential homes and apartments to commercial properties, including retail spaces and shopping centres.
Outside of real estate, Craig’s strongest commitment is to his family and the community. When he’s not facilitating property deals, you can find him at Coogee Beach, where he volunteers with the Nipper’s program. Craig is a passionate advocate for children’s development and education and is a proud supporter of the Coogee Minnows Junior Surf Lifesaving Club, Coogee Rugby Club (The Seahorses), and Ronald McDonald House.
