Shelley Seldon

A little about Shelley …

Originally from the picturesque Blue Mountains, Shelley began her real estate career in 2012 as a Receptionist with a local office before progressing to other roles, such as Property Management and as an EA to the firm’s Principal.

Now residing in North Bondi, Shelley has gained diverse experience, both within and outside the real estate sector. She studied Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Western Sydney. She worked at KPMG in an Advisory Services role, developing expertise in corporate filings with ASIC and ACNC, managing compliance and risk management systems.

Shelley also studied Fashion Design at TAFE, worked as a Fashion Stylist/Creative Director, and launched a Fashion Accessories brand.

In her downtime, Shelley loves spoiling her rescue Greyhound puppy and discovering “hidden gem” eateries.

Shelley is passionate about staying fit, whether working out at her home gym or playing tennis or skiing in the winter. She’s also learning to surf and frequents her favourite beaches, Bondi and Tamarama.

Shelley has an exceptional eye for detail, yet she is also empathetic and a great listener. Building solid relationships is critical to her service, and she regularly checks in to ensure vendors and buyers understand the sales process.

Her background in creative direction is an asset when overseeing property photoshoots. Her strong organisational skills help manage shoot schedules, coordinate call lists, and ensure everything stays on track and properties are presented beautifully.
