A little about Monique …

A resident of Sydney’s east and originally from Coffs Harbour, Monique has enjoyed a wide-ranging career that is contributing to her success in Sales and Marketing at Raine & Horne Double Bay | Bondi Beach.

Before launching her real estate career in 2017, Monique worked in retail management while studying for a fashion business degree. In 2020, she shifted her focus to interior design and built a career as a property styling consultant before returning to real estate in 2024.

Outside of work, Monique is passionate about physie, a synchronised, dance and aerobic activity, and she enjoys keeping active by going to the gym and walking her puppy.

She loves the Eastern Suburbs for its stunning synchronicity of city and beach living, its proximity to the Sydney CBD, and the vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal place to live, work and own real estate.

Monique began her property career as a sales assistant with another major group before a stint with a major independent in the Cronulla Shire region. Since then, she has skilfully handled a variety of real estate roles, including residential and commercial sales, leasing, while dabbling in business development.

Her meticulous approach focuses on being highly organised, enabling her to seamlessly manage behind-the-scenes tasks such as the policies, procedures, and processes to help our agents deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Monique is effectively a major cog in the engine room behind our marketing efforts, overseeing editorial copy, social media efforts, and more while making sure everything stays on brand. Her background in interior design allows her to view each property through a different lens, ensuring it’s presented in its best possible light, whether online or on a signboard.
