A little about Kate…

If you’re looking for a star sales specialist who eats and sleeps Eastern Suburbs real estate, look no further than Kate.

Born and bred in Bronte and living in leafy Woollahra, Kate attended Moriah College from Kindergarten to Year Twelve before completing a bachelor’s degree in Property Economics at the University of Technology. 

Kate says that her fascination with real estate started with the auction sale of a neighbour’s house when she was 12 years old. By 15, she was avidly surfing the real estate portals such as Domain and realestate.com.au while her peers travelled down YouTube rabbit holes. Then in Year 12, Kate worked for a local real estate firm assisting with Saturday open homes. 

Since completing her property degree, Kate, who represented Australia in football at several Maccabiah Games as a junior and senior, has worked in property development and real estate sales. In 2022, she jumped at the chance to work with Ric Serrao and the fabulous team at Raine & Horne Double Bay.
