Having initially embarked on a journey in carpentry, Josh has seamlessly transitioned into real estate.

Josh's connection to the Eastern Suburbs is profound, having spent his formative years in Clovelly and receiving education at Marist College Pagewood.

While his primary occupation involves overseeing the leasing of properties in this sought-after area, Josh's leisure time is devoted to cherished moments with friends and family.

Furthermore, he maintains a consistent presence at the gym, nurturing his passion for physical fitness and engaging in activities such as basketball. His enthusiasm for sports remains unwavering, as he is always open to participating in any sports-related endeavours that come his way.

After a brief period working in carpentry, during which he managed various repair projects for property managers, Josh made the decision to pursue his passion for real estate by obtaining his real estate license.

He started his property career in Sydney’s Inner West, and the moment the chance arose at award-winning Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach, Josh immediately seized it enthusiastically.

With a background also encompassing three years as a property manager himself, Josh thoroughly enjoys exploring new properties and interacting with different individuals as a leasing consultant.

He has also gained a reputation for his exceptional skill in presenting rental properties, whether it's a cozy studio in Bondi Junction or a breathtaking apartment in Bellevue Hill. His goal is to showcase each property in its finest light, ensuring that every rental property attracts the most suitable tenant.
