A little about Grace …

A powerhouse and a force to be reckoned with, Grace was born and raised in the Eastern Suburbs and started her real estate career in 2015.

After transitioning into Property Management, Ric Serrao and the team recruited Grace to Double Bay in 2018. Initially, she worked in property management and sales support at the Eastern Suburbs property powerhouse before transitioning to her current role as Business Manager for Ric, one of Australia’s highest-ranking real estate agents. The Eastern Suburbs local says the team culture is central to her longevity with the Double Bay real estate powerhouse.

Grace also excels in face-to-face interactions with clients, whether handling property exchanges or walking vendors and buyers through all the steps in a sale until settlement. The bottom line is that nothing is too much or too hard for Grace.
