Emily Saldivar is a true Eastern Suburbs local, having grown up in Coogee and Bondi, and attended Coogee Public and Randwick Girls High School.

A passionate beach lover, Emily couldn’t imagine a better place to live and work than the Eastern Suburbs – she especially enjoys the famous coastal walk from Coogee to Bondi.

Emily began her career in real estate in 2016 after spending three years in banking, during which she embarked on accounting studies at TAFE and the University of Technology. With family members already in the real estate industry, it was inevitable that Emily would follow the same path.

Another unique aspect of Emily is her passion for renovating, a love she inherited from her family, who have refurbished many properties. This passion has enabled her to help many of her landlords make cost-effective improvements to their investment assets, boosting rental returns and increasing property value.
