- Buildings A and B, located at 10 Corella Close, Berkeley Vale 2261, have been successfully sold, each hitting the $5 million mark.

Two outstanding Central Coast industrial investment properties, Buildings A and B of 0 Corella Close, Berkeley Vale 2261, have each been acquired for more than $5 million, offering the two astute private investors who secured them an unparalleled opportunity to own fully leased assets with impressive growth potential.
According to selling agent Brad Rogers, Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing at Raine & Horne Commercial Central Coast, Building A sold for $5.2 million, and Building B sold for $5 million.
