Rapidly growing Raine & Horne expands its Corporate team

February 13, 2020

Leading real estate firm Raine & Horne has expanded its Corporate team with the addition of a National Head of Network, a Business Development Manager in Queensland and two Customer Solutions & Support specialists.

Celebrating 137 years of operation, the global firm which sold over $6 billion worth of property in Australia in 2019, has appointed Sydney-based Andrew Brien as its National Head of Network.

Mr Brien will be responsible for driving office growth in Australia, product implementation, and maintaining the firm’s position as a real estate technology leader, according to Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne.

Last year, the global real estate leader added more than 30 offices to its rapidly expanding network and managed over 100,000 investment properties.

Mr Raine said, “We have developed many ‘industry first’ technology products including the roll out of the latest sales CRM CompassPlus and we are leading the way on social media and marketing with the introduction of Amplify and Digikit.

“All of our technology and product initiatives have been extremely well received by our network and Andrew is eager to maintain our high rankings.”

In a stellar real estate career, MBA qualified Mr Brien, has worked in every state and territory since 2007, and owned and operated two franchises in Northern NSW, including a “Franchise of the Year” in 2009. He also managed a significant real estate business in Darwin for two years, which retained more than 1600 property managements and had 56 employees.

The Superbrand has also appointed Brisbane-based Business Development Manager Jason Jaeger as well as Customer Solutions & Support specialists Catalina Sanchez and Mat Paramour.

Mr Jaeger arrives at Raine & Horne with an impressive resume that includes senior business management roles with several global property brands and an independent agency in Caloundra, Queensland where he helped grow the firm’s sales turnover by 400% and rent roll by over 120% in six years.

Mr Raine said, “Jason will report to Steve Worrad our General Manager in Queensland and he will be responsible for the ongoing implementation of our firm’s products and technology, as well as recruiting new offices to our growing network in Queensland.”

Raine & Horne’s strategic Corporate appointments in Sydney and Brisbane will support the firm’s expected office growth in 2020 after a massive growth in office numbers last year. Mr Raine concluded, “I am really encouraged that such high-quality real estate professionals such as Andrew, Jason, Catalina and Mat have joined us, and I look forward to working with them to support our offices in our rapidly growing network.”
