Michelle Wagstaff

Michelle has been a local to the Gold Coast area for over 14 years and has worked in the Real Estate Industry for 12 years. Originally from New Zealand, Michelle moved to Western Australia in 1991 and relocated to the Gold Coast in 2007.

Michelle has been an investor herself for over 20 years and can appreciate the diversity of different property managers, and prides herself on being an “eye on the ground” when it comes to your investment. Naturally and extremely important in her role as Routine Inspection Manager, Michelle has a high attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. She prides herself on building long-lasting relationships with both her work colleagues and her clients to achieve a positive outcome in every situation.

Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, being outdoors, spending time with her family and friends and everything the Gold Coast has to offer.
