Raine & Horne Communities has sold an urban development parcel located within the Palmview Structure Plan Area for $56 million.

This 33.1 hectare parcel of development land is located on Peter Crosby Way at Palmview at the entry to the Palmview master planned community area and to the immediate north of the Palmview State Primary and Secondary Colleges and the Palmview State Special School.

The property currently under contract comprises 33.1 hectares of urban development land is proposed for 539 residential products (500 residential lots and 39 residential units);

1800m2 of retail GFA; and 1,000m2 of Community GFA.
