This caravan and attached hard annexe is available for rent now. The caravan includes a basic kitchenette, living area and bedroom area. There is access to shared bathroom facilities onsite as well as a shared laundry.

The caravan is located with the Richmond River Affordable Living Park at 60 Hare Street Casino (previously known as Browns Caravan Park). The rent includes water usage and electricity is an extra cost, invoiced monthly. Some furniture is included as shown in the photos.

The park is located within walking distance to the shops and Casino township. The park has a NO PETS policy, if you have pets, please do not apply.

The approved applicant will be required to pay a holding deposit of one weeks rent ($230) when notified of their successful application and then a further one weeks rent, and a rental bond of 2 weeks rent plus a key deposit of $50.00 at the time of signing the lease. We do not accept bond transfers.
