Kelvin Singh commenced his Real Estate career in 2009. He started working with Raine & Horne Caroline Springs in 2010 as a Sales Executive and later on became the shareholder of the company. Kelvin took over as Sales Director in 2018.

Kelvin loves meeting people and helping them in achieving a successful outcome whether buying or selling. When you come in contact with Kelvin you're in contact with a highly experiences Salesperson, one that is passionate about meeting and dealing with all his clients and exceeding their expectations. 

Kelvin is a local resident who has sound knowledge of the local area, building requirements, council regulations, and excels at negotiating with obtaining a successful result for both buyers and sellers. His expertise's are both selling residential and commercial real estate and have achieved top class results for his vendors whether selling apartments, houses, developments sites, farms or land.

When not selling real estate, Kelvin likes to engage in any sporting activity be it outdoor/indoor and loves tp play cricket, squash and ocassional swing at golf club or shooting at the nearest range.
