Raine & Horne emerges as finalist for Major Network of the Year, continuing its award recognition streak

Capping an outstanding year of awards and recognition spanning real estate, technology innovation, and franchising, leading Australasian real estate network Raine & Horne is thrilled to be recognised as a finalist in the prestigious Major Network of the Year (40 or more offices) category at the highly respected Real Estate Business (REB) Awards 2025.

This accolade caps a year where Raine & Horne has been showered with recognition. The super brand’s custom-built CRM CompassPlus, powered by MRI’s VaultRE software, won the prestigious 2024 Innovation Award at the inaugural APAC RE: Visionary Awards, hosted by MRI Software at Sydney’s Hilton Hotel in August.

Momentum Media also recognised Raine & Horne’s market-leading technology prowess naming it a finalist in its an AI Innovator-Real Estate award category in the publisher’s first-ever AI Awards held at Sydney’s Four Seasons in November. Since 2017, Raine & Horne has been at the forefront of AI innovation in the real estate sector with its first to market AI-powered social media marketing platform Amplify. This move has since empowered Raine & Horne agents to take their social media advertising to new heights and achieve remarkable results for their clients.

Adding to its accolades in 2024, Raine & Horne’s celebrated publication, From Homesteads to High-Rises: 140 Years of Raine & Horne, the stunning 150+ page chronicle of the group’s rich history achieved a highly credible top four finish in the prestigious Custom Publication of the Year category at the recent Mumbrella Publish Awards, held at Sydney’s spectacular Doltone House, Pyrmont.

In August the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) posthumously inducted Mr Max Raine into its 2024 Hall of Fame. The ceremony held in Melbourne and attended by Max’s son Mr Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne, honoured the former chairman’s pivotal role in introducing franchising to Raine & Horne, revolutionising the business and laying the foundation for its enduring success.

Mr Raine remarked on the array of awards and recognition, stating, “Our impressive haul of accolades in 2024 highlight’s our continued leadership in innovation, excellence, and industry influence.”

REB Awards set to honour real estate’s finest in 2025

The REB Awards, now in its 13th year, is renowned for its rigorous selection process that identifies the top businesses and professionals in the real estate sector across the nation. The black-tie gala event, scheduled to take place in February in Sydney, will bring together the industry's finest, showcasing their talent and acknowledging their pivotal role in driving the growth of Australia.
