Brisbane commercial property firm’s prospects heading north

Brisbane, Queensland (1 August, 2017) – Leading Brisbane commercial property specialist, Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North stole the show at the 2017 Raine & Horne National Awards, held last night at Darwin’s fabulous Convention Centre, winning a stunning 5 awards.

The hotshot commercial property firm, led capably by Principal Trent Bruce, scored first place in the Top Commercial Office – Dollar Value category beating Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane Southside into second with Raine & Horne Commercial Newcastle in third place. It is the eighth year in a row that Mr Bruce and his hotshot team have won this award.

The Stafford-based commercial juggernaut scored first in the Top Commercial Office – Number of Sales category. Raine & Horne Commercial North also dominated the Top Commercial Salesperson – Sales Dollar Value classification with star agent Lawrence Temple scoring first place from Vincent West, Co-Principal of Raine & Horne Commercial Northern Beaches, who finished in second. Mr Temple also scored first in Top Commercial Salesperson – Number of Sales category.

Mr Bruce also won the Top Commercial Salesperson – Auction Listings classification.

Other winners included Nick Cotis, Director of Operations - Sales & Leasing Executive, who grabbed first place in the Top Commercial Salesperson – Leasing Dollar Value. In the Top Commercial Salesperson – Number of Leasing Transactions, Raine & Horne Commercial Port Macquarie principals, Graeme Garrett and Luke Horton shared first place.
