During this time, she worked in roles that required adaptability, a customer-first mindset, and a dedication to delivering exceptional experiences. These qualities have become the foundation of her professional approach.
Leonie began her career in real estate in 2023, where she gained valuable experience in Property Management. This opportunity allowed her to immerse myself in the complexities of the real estate industry, from managing client needs to navigating the legal and administrative aspects of property management. Leonie has found great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their property goals and ensuring smooth and positive experiences throughout the process.
This journey has deepened her passion for the industry, particularly for properties with unique character from the Victorian and Federation eras.
When she is not at work, Leonie enjoys spending quality time with her family and channeling her creativity into renovating the family home.
