What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a small portfolio of properties
• Approving tenancy applications and setting up agreements
• Handling enquiries, advertising rentals, and showing properties
• Organising inspections, Routine inspection, managing repairs, and liaising with landlords
• Keeping everything running smoothly by staying organized and detail-focused
• Learning the ins and outs of the industry from an experienced team

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in property management (even just a little goes a long way!)
• A reliable car and driver’s licence
• A great phone manner and sharp eye for detail
• Someone organised, reliable, and ready to jump into a variety of tasks
• Industry-standard certifications are required
