Developing his real estate prowess in the competitive Sydney property market of the 1970s and 1980s, Matt is cut from the finest cloth Real Estate has to offer. A real estate agent, licensed strata manager and qualified auctioneer, Matt has been leading the Raine & Horne Bathurst team since joining as principal in 1990.

Starting with a relatively small pool of properties in the early 1990s, Matt and the team are now responsible for more than 1,250 residential and commercial properties across the Bathurst region, making Raine & Horne Bathurst the number one local team for property management.
