As a Director of Raine & Horne Avalon Palm Beach, Slava brings to the group an enviable depth of experience and skill base in real estate development and projects.

Slava has a degree in engineering and has been working with international property investment and development groups for the past decade. As a property developer himself, his firsthand experience has equipped him with a keen insight into the needs and priorities of his clients.

Slava's domestic and international client base has expanded over the years and his understanding of cultural backgrounds and ability to speak fluent Chinese places him in a unique position to assist his clients.

He’s specialist role also involves both development and project management across the entire project cycle, from acquisition services commencing with project identification, feasibility and negotiations through to development applications, project management and project marketing and sales.

Slava’s ongoing passion for real estate together with his in depth understanding of the property investment and development process has led to an expanded vision for business opportunities to build a better platform for current and future clients
