Ben is exactly the type of agent you want by your side. If I had to use one word to sum him up, it would be this: tenacious. On top of trying to negotiate a sale, he also found himself in the middle of the vendors' bitter separation, which resulted in some irrational and erratic behaviour, and he had to use all his skills of diplomacy to keep the sale afloat, even when all seemed lost.
